Before you write

Please include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS or iPadOS version, aud-io version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful. Please do not send music files, payment details or API keys.

Getting started

Use Settings ▸ Add Music to choose music files from the Files picker.
aud-io is a player for music you own. It does not include or stream a music catalogue.
Your library, playlists and listening history stay on your device.

Purchases

aud-io Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. For iPhone and iPad purchases, use Restore Purchases in the app with the same Apple Account; Apple handles those payments and refunds. Direct aud-io for Mac purchases use Lemon Squeezy checkout. For help with a Mac order, email support with your order email and receipt number.

Optional AI features

AI Mixes, Radio and the AI Librarian are optional. They only activate after you choose to connect your own Google Gemini API key. Never email your key to support. You can disconnect it at any time in Settings.

Privacy

aud-io has no accounts, advertising or analytics. Read the full Privacy Policy for details about local playback, optional online lookups and the optional Gemini connection.
